SPG offers broad ranges of AC Induction Motor products with greater strength, longer life for various application. Our AC induction motors meet all requirements of specific application in several different sizes and torque ranges.  

SPG reversible  motors are a spring-loaded brake motor and only available with a single phase motor. When a motor is de-energized, a braking torque is generated using several springs and designed to permit instantaneous switching of the rotational direction and to operate 30 minute rating.

Important Note:

For the applications that require holding torque, use the electromagnetic brake motor

SPG brake motors combine a three and a single phase motor with an electromagnetic brake in a single unit. Thanks to their compactness, they are indicated where is important to reduce the stopping time at the minimum.

SPG’s brake motors, for their sharp brake capability, are recommended for applications where a precision brake is required

SPG offers  terminal box type motors, and conduit box type AC motors. Both terminal box and conduit box motors are connected to the power source to the terminals provided inside the terminal or conduit box. They are designed to be more accessible to the user resulting in an easier cable handling and connection. Also, they are suitable for outdoor environment and a high humidity application.  

SPG offers a various speed control solution by closed loop voltage control technology (CLVC) for  a single phase AC motors (6W~180W) along with adjustable speed control. It is ideal for applications that require the precise control of speed and designed for ease of use when operating and wiring.
